In the Physics Department:

- There is no optional foreign language preparatory class.

- The department has a four-year education model consisting of eight semesters. During this period, theoretical courses and practical laboratory courses are implemented simultaneously in the first four semesters. The department does not have any compulsory or optional internship programs.

- Throughout the education period, clothing, attire, and equipment are only required during laboratory classes; otherwise, students may wear casual clothing.

- During practical sessions, insulating lab coats, gloves, and other protective materials, as well as transparent plastic goggles or personal eyeglasses, are used. These can be obtained from the market at a minimum level without adding significant cost to the education service. Apart from this, no additional materials are required for use in laboratories. No additional payments or materials are required from students for examination services.

- The department is located within the Faculty of Science and Letters at the Evliya Çelebi Campus, 10 km from the city center of Kütahya. Transportation to the campus, where a large number of students receive educational services, is quickly provided by Kütahya Private Public Buses, which run frequently and reach almost every part of the city.

- Part-time work opportunities for students are realized through the allocation of a suitable number of quotas by the University Rectorate for all faculties and departments/programs, within the scope of needs and possibilities. In addition, part-time/half-time work opportunities are also available in private institutions and organizations within the campus and in the city center.
